I stumbled upon the fact that Google Talk allows language conversions which are as simple as chatting! So, instead of using Google Translate, just copy paste the text in your translator friend’s window and he will reply you with the translation!
Let’s say you want to translate from German to English.
- Add de2en@bot.talk.google.com to your friend’s list.
- Ping him with the text to be translated
- You will get the translated reply within seconds!
How can I learn?
It’s easy! Just flip the side. Say you want to learn German..
- Add en2de@bot.talk.google.com to your friend’s list.
- Ping him with any English word.
- You will get the German translation and you can learn as many words this way J
